The Karsan lab at Canada’s Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre (GSC) are seeking a Research Programmer to join a Marathon of Hope Cancer Centre research project. The team will be working with other research programmers at the Karsan lab to perform data analysis on next-generation sequencing (NGS) data including but not limited to WGS, RNA-seq, targeted sequencing, scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, and Bisulfite-Seq, to study of clonal evolution of blood cancers and resistance to therapy.
