Overview Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). Responsibilities Analyzes experimental data produced by next-generation sequencing (NGS) including SNP and CNV analysis; Carry out bioinformatics analyses and present findings or comprehensive project status review to internal study teams; Develop new bioinformatic analysis/annotation algorithms; Develop and maintain in-house computational tools, Documents workflows, protocols and reports for reproducible science. Organize and maintain completed project data, preparing summaries, internal reports, presentations, manuscripts, etc; and Ensures technical activities under delegated supervision are conducted within internal and external guidelines and regulations. Qualifications PhD degree in bioinformatics, computational biology or related field; or Master's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field and 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, research laboratory, or some experience with Next-Gen related data analysis.
