In expanding our R&D team, we are seeking an Associate Computational Scientist with expertise in software development. Computational Scientists develop new scientific functionality, enhance ML models with new data or algorithms, optimize computational pipelines and evaluate the quality of predictions. They are experts in their scientific domain and skilled programmers. This position is open to MSc. or Ph.D. graduates that have experience working on software development in the life science field, preferably on protein structure related projects. The successful candidate is expected to (i); have experience building and deploying computational softwares; (ii) be a skilled programmer in Python (iii); (iv) have an enthusiastic, flexible mindset towards varied types of projects. The successful candidate will have guidance and mentorship from existing staff scientists with similar technical skillsets.
