We implement benchmark and run best practice methods using a variety of large scale analysis platforms including Terra (google cloud). We interact with a wide variety of collaborating groups from both the germline and somatic disease communities -- providing great opportunities for growth and building a network. The successful candidate will provide rigorous data analysis and spearhead projects requiring computational analysis with tools and pipelines developed in-house or externally.
