The successful candidate will create novel analytical pipelines for multi-dimensional data sets, including single cell RNA sequencing, mass and flow cytometry, and imaging data from both patient samples and experimental models. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in computational biology, computer science, mathematical biology or statistics, with expertise in phylogenetics, molecular epidemiology and bioinformatics.
