Cellarity is seeking a highly motivated computational biologist with deep expertise in next-generation-sequencing (NGS), single-cell genomics, and development and application of machine learning approaches. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical tools to predict novel targets that modulate cellular state behavior changes.

We are hiring a computational biologist to drive the evaluation of novel and emerging data modalities to expand and extend our platform capabilities. Cellarity’s drug creation platform relies on the integration and analysis of high-dimensional data profiled in cells and tissues at their native resolution across the genome, transcriptome, and proteome. In this role, you will help us survey emerging genomics technologies, define value propositions for new data types, design pilot studies, and perform analyses to demonstrate how a new data modality can improve our ability to create medicines.

What this position is all about: Cellarity is seeking a highly motivated computational biologist with deep expertise in single-cell omics, genotyping, pathway enrichment analysis, gene regulatory network inference, and application of machine learning approaches. You will develop analytical tools to model disease states and causal drivers that modulate cellular behavior changes.
