Our research
The Rogers lab is working to find valuable new molecules: new in form function or both. We are particularly interested in exploring biopharmaceuticals modified peptides and proteins as next-generation therapeutics. This requires international collaboration and working at the intersection of molecular biology protein science organic chemistry biophysics and chemical biology.

Your job
The emergence of deep learning-based methods is revolutionizing protein design. Small stable microproteins can now be generated routinely and reliably and these can be imbued with functions such as binding to particular protein targets. Your tasks will be to apply the newest design methods to discover new binders filter hits order DNA constructs for expression screen initial hits express and purify the best designs and fully characterize binding biophysics to reveal their therapeutic potential.
