The iNDx technology is searching for a full-time entry-level hybrid computational biologist/translational research scientist who can apply methods of computational biology to develop data analytics platform developed by Indx Technology. The candidate will be having a master’s degree in computation biology and will be knowledgeable of statistics, next generation sequencing experiments, flowcytometry methods and other types of molecular and cellular data and applications commonly used in Translational Research studies. The computational biologist will be working closely with bioinformatics team, clinical team and Software development team to analyze biomarker data derived from translational studies conducted in collaboration with partners. iNDx technology has designed the data analytics platform that supports correlative science research to study how the genetic profiles of patients tumors define disease presentation, response to therapy and disease progression. These analyses are guiding treatment decisions and the enrollment of patients into clinical trials of novel targeted therapies. Therefore, the candidate contributes to many of the projects we undertake, and those efforts will have direct impacts
