You will be responsible for building data extraction pipelines and creating both tabular and graphical visualizations that will enable the discovery of clinically relevant biomarkers and expand knowledge of patient outcomes.

Job Details

•    Building and maintaining data extraction pipelines to combine clinical data collected in real-time with biological measurements
•    Using computational tools (primarily R) to compile and communicate essential summary statistics and to discover and visualize structures and emerging patterns within the data

•    Knowledge in machine learning (e.g., dimensionality reduction, clustering, classification...) is an asset
•    Proven ability to communicate technical requirements and findings clearly to audiences with little statistical backgrounds
•    Academic background at a BSc or MSc level in a quantitative field such as biostatistics and statistics.

Contract, 1.0 FTE, 1 year + 1 day with modified benefits
