A Senior Research Scientistposition is available immediately in Prof Chng Wee Joos groups for a highly motivated PhD graduate with experience in Bioinformatics (computational genomics). The focus of the lab is on deciphering transcriptional and genomic abnormalities in the context of blood cancer including epigenetic and superenhancer deregulation using single cell sequencing amongst other genomics techniques.Those who are interested in computational genomics particularly in analysis of single cell sequencing data superenhancer and chromatic interaction data and integration of various genomics data are encouraged to apply.
