Your Responsibilities
The aim of the project is to advance the development of high-temperature superconductors by investigating a novel set of promising and application-relevant material systems using machine learning and state-of-the-art DFT and DFPT code-packages. The project will be performed in close collaboration with various research groups in the UK and USA.
Research and performing calculations in the field of electron-phonon mediated superconductors

Your Profile
Admission Requirements
PhD in Physics or in a similar, appropriate field.
Desired Qualification
Highly motivated and open for new challenges
Interest and experience in the computational modelling of materials (DFT, DFPT)
Extensive experience with employing machine learning techniques
Self-reliant and able to work in a team

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 60,926.60 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
