Course Information Candidates must hold qualifications related to teaching computational modelling at the secondary level and have a demonstrated record of performance in teaching. Preference will be given to candidates who hold at least a master's degree or specialist's certificate. (While presently the expected delivery method of this upcoming course is in person, modifications in the course delivery to an online format may be required.) Responsibilities You will be responsible for all activities associated with the successful delivery of the course, including but not limited to: developing, preparing, and delivering the course; setting and marking examinations, assessing the academic work of students, and reporting grades. Candidates must be willing to undertake training as required by the Employer including, but not limited to, training in respect of health and safety, harassment and discrimination, and legislated service standards. Qualifications A critical introduction to the role of computer coding and digital making as ways of teaching mathematics and science concepts and relationships. The history, current trends, and future possibilities of computational modelling in mathematics and science education are situated with the broader context of mathematics, science, and technology education.
