Description: We are inviting applications from Computational Materials Scientists for a postdoctoral position in the research project “Surface and interface studies of epitaxial diboride thin films for integration with nitride semiconductors” lead by Yukiko Yamada-Takamura and supported by the Funding Program for Next Generation World-Leading Researchers.
Successful candidates hold PhD degree in Materials Science, Physics or related fields, and are specialized in first-principles electronic structure calculations of surfaces, interfaces, and nanomaterials. He/She should be also interested in collaborating with Experimental Materials Scientists.
